Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, assisting with product promotion, locating items, facilitating purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
• Maintain coverage of assigned sales floor areas.
• Ensure assigned areas are properly zoned and organized.
• Return feature merchandise to designated display locations.
• Recover merchandise from Customer Service and other store areas.
• Provide support at the Front End as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain comprehensive floor coverage.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety inspections, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Stock and pick merchandise, perform downstocks when required, apply product protection, and set up modular displays including adjustments for flexible modulars and shelving.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
