Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and polite greetings to customers, assist with product promotion, help locate items, guide purchase choices, resolve customer concerns, and appropriately escalate issues.
• Manage assigned sales floor sections and ensure these areas are well zoned and orderly.
• Relocate feature merchandise back to their designated locations.
• Retrieve merchandise from Customer Service and other store locations as needed.
• Support check-out areas with front-end coverage when required.
• Maintain communication with team members to ensure consistent floor coverage.
• Promote a safe, clutter-free environment by following company safety protocols, completing safety sweep logs, and securing fixtures and displays.
• Stock merchandise efficiently, perform downstocking duties where applicable, implement product protection measures, and complete modular setups including flexible modular configurations and new shelf cap installations.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position begins at $17.75 per hour.
