Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver exceptional service by guiding product selection and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Manage and maintain assigned sections on the sales floor, ensuring it is well-zoned and orderly.
• Relocate promotional merchandise to designated home locations and recover stock from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
• Support front-end operations by providing coverage as needed and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuous floor presence.
• Promote safety and cleanliness by adhering to company policies, completing safety inspections, and securing displays and fixtures properly.
• Stock, pick, and downstock merchandise while applying necessary product protection. Organize modular displays, including flex modulars, and update shelf caps accordingly.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
