Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance by greeting customers, aiding product choices, promoting items and services, locating merchandise, supporting purchasing decisions, and addressing or escalating customer issues as needed.
• Cover assigned sales floor areas and offer support at the Front End when required, maintaining communication with teammates to guarantee adequate floor coverage and meet customer needs.
• Maintain assigned zones by keeping the sales floor clean and organized, moving featured merchandise to their designated spots, and processing recovered goods from the Customer Service desk and other store locations.
• Stock shelves with merchandise, conduct downstocking, apply product protection measures when necessary, and set up modular displays including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Be flexible in scheduling, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as business needs dictate, to help the store operate smoothly and deliver consistent high-quality service.

Challenges in This Role

• Effectively manage high demands in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, ensuring consistent focus and energy levels.
• Handle large volumes of restocking and recovery tasks efficiently and accurately within assigned timeframes.
• Perform physical duties such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting inventory or supplies up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Carry out repetitive tasks like stocking, zoning, and product organization with attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position starts at $16.15 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
