Overview

Join a locally owned McDonald's franchise operating multiple stores in the San Gabriel Valley since 1967 as a General Manager based in Arcadia, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant operates profitably while upholding McDonald’s high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works closely with leadership to set strategic goals and implements plans to achieve them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation, guest service, and team management.
• Lead staff management activities such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, and motivation.
• Manage critical business functions including inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis.
• Enforce stringent food safety procedures to adhere to company standards.
• Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety and cleanliness.
• Handle maintenance and operational requirements to consistently exceed performance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Possession of a California Food Handler Card, which can be obtained during orientation training.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the work environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Decisive problem solver able to perform in a fast-paced setting.
