Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall restaurant operations, including food preparation, guest services, and team management.
• Manage all aspects of People processes such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management proactively.
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to team members and management staff.
• Make informed business decisions related to inventory control, budgeting, and food purchasing to optimize restaurant results.
• Implement and uphold strict food safety standards consistent with McDonald’s policies.
• Maintain high standards for safety for both customers and employees.
• Oversee all operational requirements, including maintenance, ensuring standards of excellence are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and teamwork.
• At least one year of experience in leading, motivating, or developing others, or equivalent experience in U.S. Military service.
• Commitment to workplace safety and excellence.
• Strong focus on customer service with effective communication skills and anticipation of guest needs.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
