About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the profitable operation of a restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald's stringent quality, service, and cleanliness standards. This pivotal role involves collaborating with your leader to establish restaurant objectives and executing plans to reach those goals.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead a team of Department Managers, guiding them to set their departmental targets, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance their performance. Your leadership will contribute directly to overall restaurant improvement. Additionally, you may be charged with hiring and developing future Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Candidate Profile
Successful applicants should have prior experience as a General Manager in high-volume settings, ideally within quick-service restaurants or related sectors such as hospitality or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older to qualify. Note that working at McDonald's involves a variety of daily tasks beyond this description.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary starting at $55,000

The franchisee independently manages all employment-related decisions, including hiring, supervision, and discipline.
