Job Details
As General Manager, you will be pivotal in driving restaurant profitability while ensuring adherence to McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This role requires establishing goals collaboratively with leadership and executing plans to meet them.
You will oversee and mentor Department Managers, facilitating goal setting, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental outcomes, which directly impacts overall restaurant success. Additionally, this position includes responsibility for recruiting and cultivating management talent to sustain future leadership needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager managing high-volume establishments
- Background strongly preferred in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Minimum age of 18 years to qualify for a management role at corporate-owned outlets
