Job Overview
The General Manager role focuses on effectively operating a profitable McDonald's restaurant situated in Penn Yan, NY, while upholding the brand's critical standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This leadership position involves working alongside department managers to establish goals and collaboratively drive the restaurant's success.
Key Duties
- Manage restaurant operations with a focus on profitability and adherence to McDonald’s customer standards.
- Lead and collaborate with Department Managers to set departmental objectives, monitor performance, offer coaching, and improve results.
- Recruit, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers ensuring a skilled leadership team is in place.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a General Manager, especially at high-volume restaurant locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants is highly preferred; hospitality or retail experience may also be considered.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager at company-operated restaurants.
