Job Overview
This full-time, hands-on General Manager position offers a path toward becoming a franchise owner. Last year, our General Managers earned an average salary of $103,000. We provide competitive compensation, health insurance, and paid time off. Candidates should have prior fast food or restaurant management experience, as this is highly favored.
Working Hours & Requirements
Applicants must be available during all operating hours:
- Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
- Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Delivery will be part of the training, so having a valid Florida driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team during each shift, overseeing anywhere from 3 to 30 employees.
- Be accountable for all aspects of store operations.
- Assist walk-in customers when needed.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare all products swiftly, following exact portion sizes and recipes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing shift operations.
- A proactive, can-do mindset with strong motivational skills to align staff to the right tasks and foster a positive workplace.
- Possession of a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- A positive role model who sets the example for others.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
