Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your team effectively during shifts
• Ensure timely attendance and readiness of shift staff
• Manage inventory by placing food orders and monitoring stock levels
• Prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a professional and polished team appearance
• Comply fully with Team Sharma policies, including mandatory use of the Team Sharma App
• Ensure all incoming calls are answered immediately on the first ring

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Preferably have prior restaurant or management experience
• Organized, motivating, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods during shifts
