About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive General Manager to oversee operations at a high-end restaurant in Riyadh. This role demands extensive international experience, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service to elevate the brand's stature.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold superior standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to synchronize kitchen and dining area operations.
• Work jointly with marketing and commercial departments to create and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
• Provide training and coaching to front-of-house staff to improve service delivery and upselling skills.
• Promote a hands-on, performance-focused culture within the team.
• Evaluate seasonal business trends and adjust operations accordingly.
• Serve as a brand ambassador to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
• Support restaurant planning, operational execution, and innovation initiatives.
• Take accountability for key performance indicators such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and team growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience serving as a General Manager in high-end dining establishments.
• Successful history of leading dynamic teams in fast-paced, guest-centric environments.
• Strong knowledge of operational standards and service excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail with skills in staff training and development.
• Commercially astute, capable of driving revenue performance.
• Insight into seasonal and promotional business cycles.
• International work experience is strongly preferred.
