Job Overview
This full-time General Manager (GM) role at Domino's offers a hands-on leadership opportunity that can potentially lead to franchise ownership. Last year, our GMs earned an average salary of $103,000. We provide competitive compensation, health insurance, and paid time off benefits. Prior experience in fast food or restaurant management is highly preferred.
Work Hours
Candidates should be available during all store operating hours, which are:
- Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM
- Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Driver Requirements
As part of the training, delivering is required; therefore, applicants must hold a Florida driver's license and own a reliable, insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team during shifts, overseeing 3 to 30 staff members.
- Oversee all store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assist walk-in customers and manage cash register operations.
- Prepare all products quickly and precisely, following portion sizes and recipes accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the restaurant, complying with Domino's grooming standards.
- Exercise full responsibility for cost control, cash handling, and customer relations during your shift.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Proven experience in team leadership, capable of motivating staff to work efficiently and positively.
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong motivational skills to ensure staff are productive and punctual.
- Ownership of a valid Florida driver's license and insured vehicle.
- Be a strong role model, as the team will look up to you.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
