Job Overview
This position is for a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. The franchisee, not McDonald's USA, manages all employment matters including hiring and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no involvement in this hiring process or subsequent employment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and operate a profitable restaurant ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement restaurant goals and plans.
- Manage Department Managers by assisting with goal-setting, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance department performance.
- Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for future success.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings; quick service restaurant background highly preferred.
- Alternatively, experience in hospitality or retail environments is valuable.
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold management positions in corporate-owned restaurants.
