General Manager (Ocean Front)

About the Role

As a General Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and exceptional product quality. This role demands leadership in managing the team to achieve outstanding business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate your team members to perform their best.
• Develop work schedules, place food orders, and maintain inventory control.
• Ensure that all pizza products meet high-quality standards.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and presentable team appearance.
• Guarantee that all customer calls are answered promptly, ideally on the first ring.
• Comply with and exemplify all company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Schedule

• Base salary of $55,000 per year with additional bonuses based on store performance and profitability.
• Work schedule includes weekends and requires at least five closing shifts weekly, specifically on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
