Role Overview
Take charge as the General Manager, leading the entire restaurant's functions and ensuring a customer experience that delights every guest. This leadership role commands full operational responsibility, focusing on results, team development, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide your team to consistently deliver excellent Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Develop and implement goals to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Department and Shift Managers to sustain leadership continuity.
- Collaborate closely with the Area Supervisor on goal alignment, staffing, and operational execution.
- Foster a work environment that values accountability, recognition, and personal development.
- Maintain daily compliance with safety protocols and brand standards.

Candidate Profile
- Preferred experience as a General Manager or multi-unit leader.
- Background in fast-paced Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), retail, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Proven skills in team-building, goal-setting, and managing performance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work flexible shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $57,000 to $70,000 annually, starting at $57K for those not yet certified at Hamburger University, and up to $70K once enrolled or certified. A monthly bonus between $800 and $1,800 rewards performance.
