About the Role
This is a full-time hands-on General Manager position at Domino's that offers a pathway to becoming a franchise owner. The prior year's General Managers earned an average income of $103,000. The company provides competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. Candidates are expected to have experience in fast food or restaurant management. Availability during all operating hours is required, with shifts spanning Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
As part of training, delivering pizzas will be involved, so candidates must hold a valid Florida driver's license and have a reliable insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team throughout your shift, managing staff numbers ranging from 3 to 30 employees.
- Take full responsibility for all store operations during shifts.
- Assist walk-in customers and operate the cash register efficiently.
- Prepare all products swiftly and accurately, adhering to specified portion sizes and recipes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in alignment with Domino's grooming standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, demonstrating the ability to efficiently coordinate tasks and workforce alignment.
- Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license along with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong role model qualities, being the person whom others look up to.
