Key Responsibilities

• Assist the store General Manager in managing and executing operational standards effectively.
• Conduct inventory and supply counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment aligned with company expectations.
• Supervise employees efficiently to support store operations.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Oversee store cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Manage rotation and receipt of commissary deliveries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store function.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess reliable transportation to commute to work.
• Available for full-time employment.
• Prior management or quick-service restaurant experience is advantageous.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate staff and foster a cohesive team environment.
