Job Overview
This full-time, hands-on General Manager role offers a pathway to becoming a franchise owner. Last year, General Managers earned an average salary of $103,000. The position includes competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. Fast food or restaurant management experience is highly preferred. Candidates must be available during all restaurant operating hours listed below:
- Sunday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM
- Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Training includes delivery duties, so possessing a valid Florida driver's license and having a reliable insured vehicle are mandatory.
Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you will oversee all activities during your shift, including cost and cash controls, as well as customer service. You set the overall atmosphere and are expected to perform at your best constantly. Key tasks include:
- Leading a team during your shift, managing between 3 to 30 employees
- Managing all store operations comprehensively
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Operating the cash register efficiently
- Preparing products accurately and quickly, following recipe portions
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Maintaining a professional appearance according to Domino's grooming standards
Qualifications
- Strong experience in leadership and staff management
- Positive attitude with motivational skills to encourage staff presence and performance
- Possession of a valid Florida driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle
- Role model qualities as a leader and example for best practices
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
