Job Overview
The General Manager is charged with operating a profitable restaurant by upholding the critical McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This leadership role involves goal setting in partnership with upper management and devising strategies to meet these objectives.
Team Leadership
The General Manager supports a team of Assistant and Shift Managers by guiding their goal development, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance, thereby improving overall restaurant results.
Hiring and Development
Responsibilities may include recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant maintains a strong leadership team for the future.
Candidate Profile
