Employment decisions, including hiring and discipline, are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. About the Role

The General Manager leads operations of a high-volume McDonald's restaurant ensuring compliance with McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This leadership role involves setting restaurant goals in collaboration with higher management and devising plans to achieve them.

Team Leadership and Responsibilities

The General Manager oversees Department Managers, helping them establish and track departmental goals, offering guidance and coaching to improve performance. They may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers, ensuring an effective leadership pipeline.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be high school graduates and have prior experience with McDonald's operations, preferably as a General Manager at busy locations. Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is highly valued. The role requires the ability to stand for up to 6 hours, perform frequent bending and twisting, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
