General Manager

Overview

This full-time, hands-on General Manager (GM) role at Domino's offers a pathway to potential franchise ownership. Our GMs earned an average of $103,000 last year. Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team during your shift, supervising between 3 to 30 staff members.
• Oversee all store operations, including cost and cash control as well as customer service.
• Provide direct customer assistance when needed.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare all menu items quickly and accurately, strictly following portion sizes and recipes.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to Domino's grooming standards to ensure a professional appearance at all times.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a team in a fast food or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to effectively guide staff and create a positive work atmosphere.
• Possession of a Florida driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Model professionalism and responsibility as the person others look up to.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
