Job description
Role Overview
The General Manager acts as the primary leader responsible for the success of a single restaurant location. This role emphasizes achieving sales targets, managing employee performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Utilizing established systems and protocols, the General Manager strives to optimize profitability, deliver excellent guest experiences, and foster team development. This position reports directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a management role.
- Completion of high school education.
- Experience specifically in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
