Job description
Job Overview
The General Manager serves as the primary leader of an individual restaurant location, playing a critical role in driving the restaurant's overall success. This position centers on achieving sales targets, overseeing employee productivity, and enforcing company policies and procedures. Utilizing established operational systems, the General Manager aims to enhance profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster team development. The role reports directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of management experience is required.
- Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is mandatory.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary for this position.

Higher Secondary (Class 12)
