Job description
Role Overview
The General Manager serves as the primary leader of the restaurant, playing a crucial role in the overall success of the individual franchise. This role requires overseeing sales objectives, managing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilizing established systems and processes, the GM aims to optimize profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, and foster team development. The position reports directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of management experience.
- Completion of high school education.
- Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
