Job description
About the Role
The General Manager acts as the primary leader of the restaurant, playing a crucial role in driving the establishment's overall success. This role centers on achieving sales targets, managing employee performance, and enforcing company policies and procedures. By effectively utilizing established systems and operational processes, the General Manager ensures optimal profitability, high guest satisfaction, and team development. This position reports directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Experience working within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
