Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead one of our McDonald's restaurants in Mount Holly, NJ. This position is with a franchisee-operated location, distinct from McDonald's USA corporate. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, while driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant to meet defined financial and operational goals.
- Manage and support Department Managers, including setting and reviewing goals, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain competent Department and Shift Managers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a General Manager, preferably managing high volume quick service restaurant locations.
- Background in hospitality, retail, or quick service restaurant environments is strongly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to fulfill managerial duties.
