Key Responsibilities

The General Manager is charged with operating a profitable restaurant while ensuring the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This leadership role involves collaborating with senior management to set strategic goals and devising actionable plans to accomplish them.

The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them to establish and achieve their objectives, offering continuous coaching and support to enhance their departments' performance. By elevating each department, the overall restaurant success improves.

Additionally, the role may include hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong leadership pipeline for the future.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal individual will have prior experience managing high-volume restaurant locations as a General Manager. Experience in quick service restaurant venues is highly preferred, though backgrounds in hospitality or retail are valuable. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for managerial roles in corporate owned McDonald's restaurants.
