Overview
We are looking for a seasoned General Manager with a background in fast food and strong leadership abilities to join our expanding team at Hughes Family McDonald's franchise. This role demands a dependable leader to guide crew members and fellow managers to uphold McDonald's high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness consistently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with all team members.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking processes, and kitchen hygiene.
- Ensure the delivery of food meeting strict quality benchmarks.
- Drive high volume sales and maintain profitability targets.
- Coach and train staff to enhance their performance.
- Oversee crew management effectively.
- Maintain exemplary customer service.
- Enforce food safety standards consistently.
- Manage inventory and supplies effectively.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
- Oversee safety and security protocols.
- Manage staff scheduling and training processes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working at McDonald's is mandatory.
