Role Summary

We seek a General Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations while fostering a positive work environment that motivates employees and delivers excellent customer experiences. You will lead by example, drive operational success, and develop your team to maintain Domino’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily activities of your store effectively
• Recruit, train, and nurture team members to build a skilled workforce
• Establish and maintain a productive and supportive workplace culture
• Control scheduling, labor expenses, and inventory costs
• Ensure consistent food quality and exemplary customer service
• Coach employees and cultivate future leadership within the team
• Adhere to operational standards defined by Domino’s and Team Honey Badger
• Drive sales and operational performance towards achieving goals

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Leadership or management experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong abilities in customer service and interpersonal engagement
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Effective leadership skills including delegation and leading by example
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Sound mathematical, organizational, and time management skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift openings/closings
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Appearance guidelines prohibit facial tattoos and restrict certain facial piercings per company policy
