General Manager - Domino's Pizza

About the Role

We are seeking a General Manager to join our Domino's Pizza location in Monroe, OH. This role requires working various shifts throughout the week and offers an opportunity to develop strong business skills in a dynamic and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain crew members to build a motivated team.
• Manage inventory, control labor costs, and minimize waste effectively.
• Increase store sales by fostering relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community residents.
• Operate and oversee store functions with attention to both customer service and operational efficiency.
• Use computer systems as needed to support store operations (computer knowledge is a plus).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
