Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of restaurant operations including food preparation, guest service and overall customer experience, managing both crew members and management staff
• Lead all People-related activities such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team to maintain high performance standards
• Make strategic business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, and cost control of food ordering
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards consistent with McDonald’s commitment to quality
• Maintain high safety standards for guests and employees alike
• Manage operational needs including maintenance programs to meet or exceed restaurant excellence standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED is preferred
• A passion for customer service and team support
• At least one year of experience in leadership, motivation or development of others, or equivalent experience through U.S. Military Service
• Strong commitment to workplace excellence and safety
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to anticipating customer needs
• Capability to make effective decisions and deliver solutions under fast-paced conditions
