General Manager

Overview

The General Manager will manage daily operations at a single Domino’s location, providing leadership and supervising all aspects of the store. This role is responsible for meeting operational standards including food safety, profitability, and fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the everyday functioning of the store ensuring operational excellence
• Maintain safety and quality standards related to food handling and store operations
• Manage profitability through understanding and implementing cost control and operational procedures
• Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse team of employees
• Champion adherence to team member conduct and food safety practices
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
• Operate and resolve issues with technological tools such as POS and ATS systems

Job Requirements

• At least one year experience in a General Manager role within a fast-paced service setting
• Strong operational knowledge and cost control experience
• Ability to lead a team and support employee growth
• Valid driver’s license preferred with a record that meets company safety standards
• Minimum age of 18 years
