Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee and operate a McDonald's franchise restaurant in Fishers, IN. This position involves leading a high-volume quick service restaurant to success by ensuring excellent standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager will work closely with leadership and a team of Department Managers to set goals and strategies to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the restaurant’s profitability and uphold high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leaders to establish restaurant goals and develop actionable plans to meet them.
- Lead, coach, and support Department Managers to achieve their targets and improve department performance.
- Recruit, hire, and foster development of Department and Shift Managers to build strong leadership within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume quick service restaurants.
- Background in hospitality or retail may also be relevant.
- Must be 18 years or older to hold a managerial position.
