Job Overview

The General Manager plays a crucial role in operating a profitable restaurant that consistently meets McDonald's rigorous standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, the General Manager sets clear goals and develops actionable plans to achieve them.

This leadership position requires managing a team of Department Managers, supporting them in goal-setting, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance, which in turn elevates the restaurant’s overall success.

Additional responsibilities may include recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers to ensure a capable leadership pipeline for the restaurant's continued success.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager in managing high-volume locations is preferred.
• Background in quick service restaurants is highly desirable; experience in hospitality or retail sectors is also considered valuable.
• Must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial role in corporate-owned McDonald's establishments.
