Primary Responsibilities

• Lead overall restaurant operations including food preparation, guest experience, and management of crew and managers

• Make data-driven decisions on inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management
• Ensure compliance with McDonald's food safety standards and maintain high guest and employee safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of experience in leadership, motivating, or developing teams, or prior US Military service
• Dedication to workplace excellence and safety
• Strong focus on customer service and support
• Effective communication skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Decision-making skills capable of handling fast-paced environments
