Role Overview

The General Manager is tasked with leading a profitable restaurant while ensuring it maintains McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a demanding role focused on achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to set specific restaurant goals and devise actionable plans to meet them.
• Lead and support Department Managers by helping establish their goals, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to enhance departmental performance.
• Drive overall restaurant improvement by strengthening departmental outcomes.
• Oversee the hiring and professional growth of Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team for the future.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably possess prior experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is highly favored, though experience in hospitality or retail is also relevant.
• Must be at least 18 years old to hold a management role in corporate-owned restaurants.
