General Manager

Overview

The General Manager role centers on overseeing the restaurant's profitability while ensuring exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness, meeting McDonald's rigorous standards. This leadership position involves collaborating with senior management to establish and execute strategic restaurant goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers by helping them set goals, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance.
• Manage key operational areas including food safety, internal communication, inventory control, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, employee scheduling, and training.
• Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline for the restaurant's future success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant environments is preferred.
• Background in quick service restaurants is highly desirable; experience in hospitality or retail sectors is also relevant.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a manager position at the restaurant.

Additional Information

• Competitive pay ranging between $28.00 and $35.00 per hour or an annual salary of $82,000 to $100,000, contingent on location and performance.
