About the Role
As the General Manager of a Wendy's restaurant, you will lead and oversee all operational and personnel aspects of the establishment. Emphasis will be placed on fostering a positive and engaging work atmosphere, exemplifying Wendy’s core principles in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
With your leadership team, you will shape a culture focused on consistency, high performance, and accountability. Your efforts will enhance customer service quality, staff training, sales expansion, profit growth, and operational processes. You will hold full responsibility for the profit and loss statement, managing costs and achieving specified profitability goals by pinpointing areas for revenue enhancement and operational improvements.
Requirements
- At least three years of leadership experience managing people.
- Proven capability to direct operations efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work flexible schedules.
- Strong dedication to maintaining food safety procedures and nurturing a safety-conscious culture.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54,500 to $82,000 annually. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off, complimentary meals during shifts, and a 50% discount for friends and family on days off.
