About the Role
This position is with an independently owned and licensed McDonald's franchise located in London, OH. The franchisee operates separately from McDonald's USA, which is not involved in any employment decisions for this role. As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant operations ensuring it delivers on McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. Leading a team of Department Managers, you will coach and support them to meet their objectives and enhance their departments’ performance, which contributes to the overall success of the restaurant. Responsibilities also include recruiting, hiring, and developing both Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong management team for future operations.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates possess prior General Manager experience, especially in high volume quick service restaurants. Experience in hospitality or retail management is also valuable. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
