Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead our team at Hughes Family McDonald's in Theodore, Alabama. The ideal candidate should have a background in fast food and be a reliable leader capable of steering our restaurant towards meeting McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate across all levels of staff.
• Supervise food preparation, cooking processes, and sanitation within the kitchen.
• Maintain rigorous food quality standards consistently.
• Drive high-volume sales while meeting profitability targets.
• Manage and enhance staff performance through ongoing training and coaching.
• Lead crew members and department managers to achieve departmental and restaurant-wide goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure food safety compliance.
• Oversee inventory control, daily maintenance, and general cleanliness.
• Ensure the safety and security of the restaurant environment.
• Schedule shifts and manage workload distribution.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience working at McDonald's is required.
• Proven ability to uphold a safe working environment at all times.
• Coachability: willingness to listen, learn, and mentor others effectively.
• A strong team-oriented mindset with flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
