Role Summary and Responsibilities
The General Manager is accountable for operating a profitable restaurant that consistently meets the company's rigorous standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, the General Manager establishes restaurant objectives and devises plans to reach these goals.
The role involves overseeing a team of Department Managers by guiding them to set departmental targets, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance performance. Supporting these managers further strengthens the overall restaurant operation.
Additionally, the General Manager may be responsible for recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the leadership team is well-equipped for future challenges.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have prior experience as a General Manager at high-volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for management positions in corporate-owned restaurants.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a salary range between $50,000 and $70,000 annually.
