Job Overview
This position is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s branding and products. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment decisions and controls hiring, supervision, and staffing. McDonald’s USA does not partake in these decisions or receive any application information.
About the Role
The General Manager leads the restaurant to profitability while ensuring top standards in quality, service, and cleanliness. This role involves goal-setting in partnership with leadership and developing actionable plans to meet those objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager oversees a team of Department Managers by guiding their goal-setting and coaching them to enhance departmental performance. Supporting and growing the managerial team, including hiring and training Department and Shift Managers, is also a crucial part of this role.
Requirements
Ideal applicants have prior experience managing high-volume general manager roles, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for managerial positions in corporate-operated restaurants.
