Job Overview

Work Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team during shifts, overseeing 3 to 30 staff members
• Oversee all daily store operations, including cost and cash control
• Assist walk-in customers and operate the cash register as needed
• Prepare all products promptly and accurately, following recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the restaurant in line with Domino's grooming standards
• Set a positive example and tone for the store environment, being fully engaged at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience managing a team, preferably in fast food or restaurant management
• A positive, can-do attitude with motivational skills to ensure effective team coordination
• Possession of a valid Florida driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle since delivery is part of training
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Exemplary role model standards as the key person the team looks up to
