Job Overview

The General Manager has the primary responsibility of running a profitable restaurant that meets high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, the manager sets and implements strategies to achieve operational goals. The role involves leading a team of Department Managers, supporting them to meet their objectives, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations, ensuring profitability and maintenance of McDonald’s customer service standards.
• Develop and implement restaurant goals in coordination with upper management.
• Lead and support Department Managers and Shift Managers, fostering their development and effectiveness to ensure a high-performing team.
• Manage hiring, training, and development processes for managerial staff to secure strong leadership.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven prior experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume quick service restaurant settings.
• Background in hospitality or retail management is advantageous.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old to fulfill a managerial role.
