Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, guest services, and supervision of crew and managerial staff
• Manage all personnel-related processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance evaluation
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve excellence
• Make informed business decisions involving inventory control, budgeting, food ordering, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with McDonald's food safety standards and workplace safety regulations
• Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety and security
• Oversee operational requirements including maintenance planning to uphold quality and standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• At least one year of leadership experience motivating and developing others, or service in the U.S. Military
• Strong passion for customer service and teamwork
• Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
• Effective communication skills and anticipation of customer needs
• Ability to provide prompt solutions and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
