Overview
Join a dynamic team as a General Manager where you will spearhead operations at a high-volume restaurant location. This role requires a focus on profitability while maintaining McDonald's exacting standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You will strategically work with leadership to set and accomplish ambitious business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure business profitability.
- Maintain critical McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Collaborate with your leader to establish goals and implement plans to achieve them.
- Lead and support Department Managers by assisting goal-setting, monitoring performance, and delivering coaching to enhance departmental output.
- Manage recruitment and professional growth for Department and Shift Managers, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have prior General Manager experience in managing fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. A minimum age of 18 years is required to manage a corporate-owned McDonald's restaurant.
