Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a diploma in hotel management or a bachelor's degree in management.
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience as a general or operations manager within the hotel sector, including expertise in food and beverage management and exposure to luxury or boutique hotel settings.
• Demonstrated natural leadership skills to coach, inspire, and unite teams effectively.
• Exhibit professionalism, enthusiasm, proactivity, and excellent customer service competencies.
• Strong analytical abilities along with efficient time and priority management skills.
