Position Overview
This employment opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, distinct from McDonald's USA corporate. The franchisee holds the license to utilize McDonald's branding and products but fully manages all employment matters, including hiring, discipline, staffing, and supervision. McDonald's USA does not control or influence employment decisions for this restaurant.
About the Role
As a General Manager, you will oversee a profitable restaurant ensuring it consistently meets high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness set by McDonald's. Collaborating with leadership, you'll establish goals for the restaurant and devise actionable plans to meet them.
Your role involves leading a team of Department Managers, guiding them in setting objectives, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to elevate each department's performance, which in turn drives overall restaurant success. Additionally, you may recruit and mentor Department and Shift Managers to ensure sustained leadership and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have prior experience as a General Manager, preferably managing high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail establishments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to serve as a manager.
