About The Property

The House Hotel Jeddah King Road is situated along the energetic Red Sea coastline, representing a modern urban retreat where coastal living merges with contemporary hospitality. Featuring 129 thoughtfully designed rooms, the hotel combines comfort, style, and ease of living, anchored by a vibrant signature restaurant that serves as both a social hub and culinary destination.

Located on Saudi Arabia's western coast, Jeddah is a bustling city where seaside lifestyle, culture, and modern urban life intersect. Attractions include the lively Jeddah Corniche and the historic Al-Balad district, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The city enjoys robust regional and international connectivity through King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), about 20 km from downtown.

Role Overview

The General Manager will lead the hotel’s financial strategies, property initiatives, operational alignment, guest experience innovation, property maintenance, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive financial strategies for the hotel, covering budgeting, revenue, and cost management.
• Lead and coordinate major property projects including renovations and enhancements in customer service.
• Ensure hotel operations align strategically with the vision of Owners and Kerten Hospitality.
• Design and implement distinctive guest experiences that reflect the property's heritage.
• Oversee hotel maintenance to preserve its uniqueness and heritage.
• Maintain full compliance with all relevant legal, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Serve as the central point of contact between hotel management and owners, ensuring alignment and adherence to agreements.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to operational standards and policies to sustain excellent service levels.

Experience & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma in hotel management or hospitality is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of management experience within luxury hospitality settings with proven success in maintaining high service standards.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to anticipate market trends, discover business opportunities, and make informed decisions that enhance competitive edge and success.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Experience with hotel pre-opening operations is considered a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership, staff training, and cost-control expertise.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
